Where orders ship from

All orders ship from our warehouse in Richmond, Ohio.

When your order ships

• Stock stoneware, bone china and flatware usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
• MH Wood ships in 5 to 7 business days. Laser engraved wood ships in 1 to 2 weeks.
• Custom decorated orders ship about 6 to 8 weeks after you approve the fired sample.
• Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.
• If part of your order is sold out or delayed, we'll contact you before it ships.

How we ship

• Smaller orders ship by parcel carrier.
• Large orders, including most case pack orders for Hospitality and Distributor accounts, may ship by LTL freight on a pallet. We'll confirm freight details before the order ships, including whether you need a liftgate or have a loading dock.
• Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Freight shipments may be quoted with your order.
• You'll get tracking information by email once your order ships.

International orders

We ship to select countries, which are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility unless they're collected at checkout.

Receiving your order

• Please inspect your order when it arrives. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
• Report any damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the pieces and the carton, to info@michaelharrisusa.com. Our Refund policy has the full details.
• Keep the carton and packing until any claim is settled.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a shipment comes back because the address was wrong, we may charge to ship it again.
